By placing an order with Impressd Studios, you agree to the following:

• All press-on nails are handmade to order; slight variations may occur.

• Processing time begins after payment is received and does not include shipping time.

• Custom orders are final sale and cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.

• Orders may only be canceled within 48 hours of purchase and before production has started. Once an order is in progress, it cannot be canceled.

• Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Any issues must be reported within 24–72 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost/stolen packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

• Proper application and removal are the customer’s responsibility. Impressd Studios are not liable for misuse or allergic reactions.
