Refund Policy

At Impressd Studios, all press-on nails are handmade to order and considered a personal hygiene product. For the safety and protection of all customers, we have a strict refund policy.

 

No Refunds or Returns

 

Due to hygiene and sanitation reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Press-on nails cannot be resold or reused once they have left our control, even if they have not been worn.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your order arrived damaged

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 24–72 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided

Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

 

Custom & Handmade Items

 

All custom, sized, or personalised orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Minor variations in colour, shape, or design are normal with handmade products and are not considered defects.

 

Shipping Issues

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

 

Acceptance of Policy

 

By placing an order with Impressd Studios, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and understand the hygiene-related restrictions involved with press-on nail products.
